NORMAS INTERNAS CLUB TENIS DE MESA ESTEPONA

“CLUB TENIS DE MESA ESTEPONA” REGULATIONS

ALTA EN EL CLUB:

CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Los jugadores de nuevo ingreso tendrán que abonar al tesorero en el momento de su inscripción la cantidad de 43 euros, cuya suma incluye el mes corriente la camiseta de entrenamiento y la licencia federativa de la temporada en curso..

El mes de ingreso se considera siempre completo sin depender del día de inscripción.

The new members, on admission to the club, must pay € 43 as enrolment fee (current month, training t-shirt and federation licence included).

Regardless of the date of entry, the membership fee shall be for the whole month.

CUOTAS CLUB:

CLUB FEES

Será de 10 euros mensuales,se ingresara en la cuenta del BBVAES80 0182 6727 19 0201570939, al principio de cada mes, .en concepto de pertenecer al Club, y no por asistencia mensual, quiere decir esto, que si un mes no se asiste a jugar, hay que pagarlo, a no ser que se le avise al tesorero y éste lo de de baja, pero teniendo en cuenta que la baja será por más de tres meses estando al corriente de pago del último mes.

Si quiere volver al club tendría que ingresar en la lista de espera, si en ese momento no hubiese plazas libres.

También se pagara la licencia federativa por parte de cada socio teniendo fecha límite el 15 de SEPTIEMBRE de cada año, ya que el club tendrá que abonar las licencias de todos los socios antes del 1 de Octubre. Si algún socio no paga dicha licencia, la Junta Directiva le pedirá que abandone el club, ya que el Ayuntamiento no nos permite que algún socio entrene sin la correspondiente licencia Federativa.

The (monthly) membership fee ( € 10 ) shall be paid, at the beginning of every month, to the treasurer of the club, regardless of monthly attendance, i.e. , in the event of not coming to play the membership fee shall be paid anyway, unless the player has given previous notice of leaving the club temporarily or permanently to the treasurer .We point out here that the "leaving" of the club will be for a period of more than 3 months that providing the player is up to the date with the monthly fees. Cuando un socio del Club deje sin pagar un trimestre será dado de baja, o que no pague la licencia Federativaanual

También será por baja voluntaria a petición del socio por más de tres meses. O porque la Junta Directiva considere que ha cometido una falta muy grave, ajustándose a los Estatutos del Club.

A quarterly non-payment will put an end to the membership in the club. The player may, however also, at his/her request, leave the club for a period longer than three months.

REINGRESO AL CLUB:

RE-ADMISSION

El socio que sea dado de baja por falta de pago, y quiera volver al Club, tendrá que pagar los tres meses de atraso y el mes corriente al alta y llevar la camiseta del Club antes de poder jugar de nuevo, siempre y cuando no estén cubiertas las treinta plazas que tenemos como máximo, debido a la falta de mesas y espacio. En caso de estar cubiertas las plazas, pasara a la lista de espera. Para los socios que se den de baja estando al corriente de pago, solo pagaran la cuota del mes en curso, pero también entraran en la lista de espera si no hubiera plazas libres.

MESES DE VERANO:

SUMMER MONTHS

Durante los meses de Julio, Agosto y Septiembre la cuota de Alta en el Club y el mes será de–20 euros al mes y se pagarán en el momento de la inscripción.

Tthroughout the summer months the membership and the monthly fees shall be €20, payable –both at the entry in the club as deposit.

FORMA DE JUEGO:

HOW TO PLAY

Lunes , jueves y viernes los socios que no compitan jugaran entre ellos y se rotaran cada 20 min,también se podrá jugar sube y baja para quienes lo deseen.

Los socios que militen en equipos que esten jugando competiciones andaluzas o nacionales dispondrán de una mesa para ellos, y realizaran los entrenamientos como estimen oportunos en su mesa respectiva. El resto de socios seguirán rotando cada 20 min o jugando sube y baja. Teniendo en cuenta que en algunas ocasiones los que entrenan con su equipo o los que estan en sube y baja o rotacion pueden ser impares en el total de los asistentes ese dia por lo que deben entre todos buscar un consenso para que nadie se quede sentado esperando para entrar a jugar .

Las mesas para entrenamiento de cada equipo solo se emplearan un mes antes del comienzo del primer partido de liga hasta el último. Al igual que las fases de ascenso de equipos y preparación de TOPS individuales cuando terminen estos. El resto de tiempo se jugara sube y baja Y/O entrenamiento conrotaciónes para que el resto de socios que no compiten tenga la opcion de jugar con los que compiten en los meses que no ahi competiciones andaluza y nacionales.

The training tables for each team shall only be used one month before the first league match until the last. It will be the same for the team ascension periods and the preparation of the individual TOPS when they finish. The rest of the time "rise and fall" will be played AND/OR rotation training using the boxes of balls.

If there is only one team player on a table, this player has the option to play with the member of the club they consider opportune, until another member of his team arrives. If a player has been selected to play a TOP, he can choose whichever player he wishes to train with. .

VESTIMENTA:

CLUB SPORSTWEAR

SE ACONSEJA llevar la camiseta grabada con las letras de Club Tenis Mesa Estepona para entrenar y jugar en el local del Club.

Cuando se juegue en competiciones representando al Club, se llevara la equipación completa (Camiseta azul, pantalón azul oscuro o negro y el Chándal azul y blanco). No se utilizara el calzado de la calle para jugar en el Pabellón del Carmen, sino zapatillas deportivas con suelas que no sean de goma NEGRA.

The club regulations oblige the compulsory wearing of a training T-shirt with the following inscription: “Club Tenis Mesa Estepona” to train and play competition in the Club facilities. In competitions, the teams, in representation of the club will wear the complete club sportswear: red T-shirt, navy blue (or black) shorts and white & blue tracksuit. Don’t use everyday footwear to play in the facilities of “Pabellón del Carmen” !! Use NON BLACK-soled (white) trainers!

MESAS Y VALLAS:

TABLES AND NETS

Las mesas y las vallas al igual que se ponen para jugar, una vez se termina, hay que recogerlas, y colocarlas ordenadamente en el Almacén , si alguno se marcha antes de finalizar el horario, y no queda nadie jugando en la mesa , debe recoger la mesa donde está jugando u otra que quede libre, y su parte de vallas.

Tables and nets are arranged to play and then, put back in an orderly fashion into their place in the storeroom .The members leaving the facilities before the closing time who also leave an unpaired table must take the empty table back to the storeroom, and the respective nets .
